Job Summary
Professional Responsibilities
📍Provide high-level administrative support, including managing the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and handling correspondence. 📍Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective communication. 📍Organize and prepare materials for meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items. 📍Prepare, review, and edit reports, presentations, and other documents. 📍Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times. 📍Coordinate company events, conferences, and executive off-sites as it relates to Amanda’s calendar.
Personal Responsibilities
