Job Summary

Responsibilities

šŸ“Ensure the Chairman's vision and business priorities are effectively communicated to the team. Facilitate business decision-making, strategic planning, leadership meetings, and broader communications. šŸ“Oversee key projects and initiatives, ensuring that action items are followed up and completed. šŸ“Manage the Chairman's calendar and schedule meetings. Host internal meetings, taking comprehensive notes of discussions. šŸ“Follow up on strategic team meetings and project progress. Drive stakeholder reporting to ensure transparency and accountability. šŸ“Prepare memos and communications content for internal / external audiences šŸ“Provide support on various ad hoc and administrative tasks as needed. šŸ“Shadow the Chairman in meetings, gradually taking on tasks to improve efficiency when the Chairman's time is limited. šŸ“Gain a comprehensive understanding of daily activities within the company. Highlight key updates to ensure the Chairman has a well-rounded context for decision-making. šŸ“Become the Chairmanā€™s accountability partner by helping in prioritizing the Chairmanā€™s time, recommend key activities for focus, and provide consistent feedback to optimize performance. šŸ“Manage communications and relationships effectively by building strong partnerships and maintaining reputation for excellence šŸ“Take initiative in identifying opportunities for the company to optimize collaboration and operate effectively šŸ“Be a cultural carrier for the team - plan and organize high visibility events šŸ“Assist the Chairman in managing various aspects of personal life to ensure a balanced and efficient workload.

Requirements
