Join us as a Technical Product Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in managing technical service providers, coordinating projects, and ensuring seamless communication between internal stakeholders. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve overseeing the development of Arbitrum, managing internal databases, and driving special initiatives. 📍Supporting decision makers by collecting information into useful documents that facilitate productive discussions 📍Drafting emails, working documents, and other communications 📍Simple research or data collections tasks 📍Calendar management involving complex scheduling and meeting coordination 📍Executing on simple projects with senior stakeholders 📍Managing travel bookings and accommodation, tracking and reconciling expenses 📍Managing communication with internal and external stakeholders
Required skills and experience
📍Possess a minimum of 2 to 6 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or a comparable administrative role 📍Experience working in a high-paced remote environment 📍Familiarity with modern workflow & collaboration tools (notion, discord, gdocs, airtable, zoom, telegram, etc) 📍Familiarity with ChatGPT and other AI-driven tools & proven interest to integrate these into your workflow 📍Familiarity with the Ethereum ecosystem is a plus
