Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
šDevelop and manage strong relationships with cryptocurrency exchanges (CEXs and DEXs) globally. šAct as the primary point of contact between Cypro Blockchain and exchange partners. šLead listing negotiations, partnership discussions, and onboarding processes with exchanges. šIdentify new business opportunities to expand market reach through exchange integrations, partnerships, and collaborations. šMonitor, track, and report on exchange activities, trading performance, and partnership KPIs. šStay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market movements to drive informed business strategies. šCollaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, compliance, and legal) to ensure smooth execution of exchange-related initiatives. šRepresent the company at blockchain, fintech, and crypto networking events to build and maintain industry relationships.
Requirements
Experience: šMinimum 3ā5 yearsā experience in Business Development, Exchange Relations, or similar roles within blockchain/cryptocurrency. šProven track record of successful negotiations and partnerships with crypto exchanges. šStrong professional network with top-tier and mid-tier exchanges globally. šUnderstanding of exchange listing processes, liquidity management, and token economics. šExcellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills. šStrong negotiation and communication abilities (both verbal and written). šAbility to drive business growth through strategic partnerships. šDeep knowledge of the blockchain and cryptocurrency ecosystem. šAnalytical mindset with the ability to track performance and optimize strategies.
