Job Summary
Responsibilities
šLead the end-to-end planning and execution of various events, including exhibitions, roadshows, and conferences, ensuring all aspects are managed efficiently and effectively. šDevelop and manage event budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring financial objectives are met while maximizing resources and minimizing costs. šSource, negotiate, and manage relationships with vendors, including venues, catering, audiovisual services, and promotional material suppliers to ensure high-quality deliverables. šAct as the primary point of contact for internal and external clients, understanding their needs and expectations to deliver tailored event experiences.
Requirements
šMinimum of 3 years of experience in organizing high-profile events, exhibitions and roadshows, ideally within the real estate development industry šDemonstrated success in managing events ranging from small gatherings to large-scale industry conferences and expos. šExceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to manage event planning from concept to completion. šStrong attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and proficiency in managing budgets, timelines, and resources effectively. šExperience in sourcing and managing vendors, including venue providers, audiovisual companies, catering services, and promotional material suppliers. šAbility to build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors, government entities, exhibitors, industry partners, and clients. šReadiness to have multiple business trips within EU, the UK & the UAE. šFlexible to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends, depending on event schedules.
