Requirements

📍Proven experience as a Construction Estimator or in a similar role within the construction industry. 📍Strong analytical and mathematical skills. 📍Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Excel. 📍Excellent communication and negotiation skills. 📍Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and techniques. 📍Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. 📍Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in estimating. 📍Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and industry standards. 📍Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
