Job Summary
We would love to hear from you if you have the following experience:
š3+ years of management experience šPrior experience coordinating a team and delivering on a roadmap šExperience managing infrastructure teams šA āpeople firstā approach - you care about facilitating learning and growth on the team - you put our engineers first šStrong stakeholder management skills šA deep understanding of communication, group dynamics and coaching, and can help teams develop trust and safety šComfortable providing feedback and having sometimes difficult conversations šStrong attention to detail šAlthough this is not a hands on position - we are looking for an understanding of the latest frameworks and technologies so that when something isnāt working or delivery is slow, you know how to fix it šThe ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment šMust have an interest in crypto or blockchain eco-system
