Job Summary

What You’ll be Doing:

📍Team Leadership: Take an inclusive approach to lead and mentor a team of skilled engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Provide guidance, support, and coaching to help team members excel in their roles 📍Product Development: Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of the Developer Kit and mobile SDKs (iOS & Android). 📍Ensuring that it offers a comprehensive set of tools, features, and resources to streamline mobile game & app development 📍Technical Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the technical roadmap for the Developer Kit. Identify opportunities for innovation and improvements in mobile gaming technology 📍Quality Assurance: Implement robust testing and quality assurance processes to maintain a high level of software quality and reliability 📍Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in 📍Unity and mobile gaming technology. Act as a technical resource for the team and provide guidance on best practices 📍Talent Acquisition: Strategically build and scale the team through strong recruiting practices and approaches - recruiting is a passion 📍Communication: Act as a bridge between engineering and other departments within the company. Communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders 📍Collaboration: Establish trust within and across teams by creating accountability and a positive work environment in partnership with other leaders in the organization

What You Should Have

📍Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience) 📍Master’s in Computer Science is a plus 📍Proven track record of building and shipping high-quality products in ambiguous spaces 📍Expert level proficiency with mobile SDKs for both iOS & Android 📍Experience scaling products and teams in high growth environments 📍Strong proficiency in Unity and a deep understanding of game development workflows 📍Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a passion for creating balanced and engaging gameplay systems and consumer applications 📍Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, fostering collaboration within a diverse team 📍You are a talent magnet and a natural networker you enjoy recruiting, and have an extensive network to draw from 📍A passion and unwavering commitment to improving engineering productivity
