Job Summary
This role leads the Developer Services engineering team, owning the Functions, Automation, VRF, and CRE Service Layer domains. You will ensure continuity of delivery while strengthening reliability, product velocity, and team growth across critical service-layer infrastructure.
Your Impact You will shape the reliability, usability, and evolution of the CRE Service Layer and related developer-facing infrastructure. Your leadership will directly impact the pace at which new capabilities reach the ecosystem.
In the first 6–12 months, you will: Focus on hardening the reliability and operational resilience of the CRE Service Layer. Establish and manage a single, clearly prioritized backlog across demanding stakeholders and cross-functional inputs. Accelerate iteration cycles based on user feedback to drive product-market fit for CRE capabilities. Deliver new service-layer capabilities, including enhancements such as improved workflow management models. Lead the migration of legacy products onto CRE infrastructure. Develop and grow a high performing engineering team. Requirements Strong product judgment, with the ability to influence direction and partner effectively with product leadership in high-ambiguity environments. Demonstrated experience operating autonomously in fast-paced, high-demand environments. Proven people leadership experience, including managing and developing senior and staff-level engineers. Technical depth sufficient to guide architectural discussions, unblock teams, and maintain high engineering standards. Experience managing complex backlogs and stakeholder expectations across multiple priorities. Track record of planning and executing multi-stream engineering initiatives with clear accountability and delivery outcomes. Ability to coach engineers through performance growth and career progression. Preferred Requirements Experience across both large, mature organizations and startup environments. Experience launching products or platforms from 0 → 1. Strong project and program management discipline. Professional Web3 experience or deep engagement as a power user within the ecosystem.
