What you’ll be doing:

📍Lead the new consolidate wallets team, encompassing Nova, Macbeth, Wallace, Amsterdam, Keychain, and Asset Recovery Help develop short and long term business strategy and goals. Set the technical roadmap and lead the day to day execution towards achieving them. 📍Be on the front line when necessary, supporting the teams in operational activities and incidents, ensuring we maintain the highest level of service, reliability and security for our customers. 📍Deeply understand the state of the crypto industry - technology trends, blockchain protocols, etc - using that knowledge to push strategic prioritization and innovation 📍Continually raise the engineering bar across the org through mentorship and organizational leadership 📍Be a key leader and POC for our partners and senior leaders across the company.
