Job Summary
What will you be doing?
š Plan and execute company welfare projects, activities & events end-to-end at all levels šPartner up with team leaders in order to build their teamsā wellbeing holistic plan & consult on employee experience issues. šKeep up with (global) events, occasions, holidays, and trends to produce relevant company affairs, happy hours, etc. šTake care of employeesā general wellbeing, which includes welcoming new employees, life cycle gifts and recognitions. šCollaborate with both internal and external teams for the best possible outcomes. šManage social media channels and other platforms to showcase the company's culture, values, and employee success stories. šAnalyze relevant data and use it to make strategic decisions and improvements. šCoordinate employer branding events and campaigns to present and preserve eToro as a top employer to potential candidates šThis role is a 6 month replacement for maternity leave (this might be extended according to company needs)
REQUIREMENTS
šAt least 2-4 years experience as an Employee Experience Expert šA qreative mindset, ability to create new fun activities from scratch šAt least 2-4 years experience as an Employee Experience Expert šExperience in end-to-end execution of large scale welfare activities and events šProven involvement in the High-Tech industry šExcellent written and verbal communication skills. šHigh-level English (verbal and written) šProcess-oriented with excellent communication skills, able to coordinate multiple end-point šService oriented, pleasant and accessible
