Job Summary
What You’ll Be Doing
📍Project Management: Act as Project Manager, collaborating with HR teams and cross-functional stakeholders to identify requirements and deliver HRIS solutions that support digital transformation and process optimization. 📍System Development: Lead or support system testing, upgrades, enhancements, and implementation of new modules/features; contribute innovative ideas for workflow improvements based on operational best practices. 📍Training & Support: Provide end-user training on HRIS functionalities and support system adoption; troubleshoot and resolve user issues related to the HRIS system and tools. 📍HR Compliance Support: Apply knowledge or awareness of global HR compliance, demonstrating sensitivity to regulatory requirements in different regions; help align system workflows with key compliance obligations. 📍Workflow Design: Utilize experience in HR operations to design and streamline HR processes, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and strong employee experience. 📍HRIS Administration: Maintain and administer the HRIS system, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and ongoing system functionality.
What We Look For In You
📍Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with working experience in a fast-paced, multinational environment. 📍Hands-on knowledge and/or experience with key HRIS modules; candidates with experience building or customizing an internal HRIS are highly preferred. 📍Understanding of HR compliance concepts, including an awareness of regulatory requirements across multiple countries/regions. 📍Practical experience in HR operations, with the ability to map, analyze, and improve end-to-end workflows. 📍Proven success in leading and delivering complex HR or digital transformation projects. 📍Strong customer service mindset with excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills. 📍Exceptional communication skills in both written and verbal form; 📍Mandarin proficiency is a plus for working closely with teams in Mainland China. 📍High emotional intelligence (EQ); able to build relationships, influence, and manage diverse stakeholders. 📍Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, solve problems creatively, and drive initiatives to completion in cross-functional settings.
