What you'll be doing:

📍Serve as the primary point of contact for a portion of the existing and prospective ecosystem builders in India. 📍Provide ongoing support to builders, addressing any technical, operational, or strategic issues they may encounter. 📍Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with builders to ensure high levels of satisfaction and engagement. 📍Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews with ecosystem builders to track progress and identify opportunities for growth and improvement. 📍Identify and pursue new business opportunities with startup ecosystem builders and developers in India. 📍Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends and emerging opportunities in the blockchain space. 📍Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective ecosystem builders, leveraging networking events, conferences, and industry contacts. 📍Develop and present compelling value propositions and partnership proposals to potential ecosystem builders. 📍Negotiate partnership terms and agreements, ensuring mutual benefit and alignment with Aptos’ strategic goals. 📍Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product, engineering) to ensure ecosystem builders have the resources and support needed to succeed. 📍Assist ecosystem builders in integrating and utilizing Aptos’ blockchain solutions effectively. 📍Organize and participate in events, workshops, and webinars to promote Aptos and engage with the community. 📍Gather and share feedback from ecosystem builders to inform product development and improve the overall partner experience.

What we're looking for:

📍Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. 📍1-3 years of experience in investments, portfolio support, business development, or ecosystem management in the Web3/blockchain industry. 📍Established relationships with founders, VCs, and other key players in the Indian Web3 ecosystem is a plus. 📍Strong understanding of blockchain technology and the Web3 ecosystem in India. 📍Proven track record of building and managing successful partnerships. 📍Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse stakeholders. 📍Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities. 📍Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 📍Fluency in English. 📍Willingness to travel within India and the surrounding region as needed.
