Job Summary

Primary Responsibilities:

📍Support the client with direct & frequent communications 📍Deliver on KPIs and drive the team to hit targets - outcomes are critical 📍Manage and lead client check-in meetings 📍Drive efficient cross-functional collaboration within the Flipside org 📍Build and execute programs for the Flipside Earn platform 📍Provide succinct weekly reporting & updates to both internal and external teams 📍Lead the narrative development process, ensuring a fluid customer experience 📍Activate ambassadors and support the delivery of partner analytics requests 📍Devote the appropriate amount of time per account based on contract size & needs 📍Build relationships within partner ecosystems to: a) promote growth campaigns and b) champion Flipside’s name

Supporting responsibilities:

📍Support the Account Manager on QBRs & renewals with slide creation & KPIs reporting 📍Provide ecosystem insights & SME to the business development team 📍Advise on strategic decision-making for driving partner outcomes

Qualifications:

📍Proven track record of 3+ years in customer success or account management, preferably in the blockchain or data analytics industry. 📍Strong understanding of blockchain technology and its applications required. 📍Excellent communication and presentation skills. 📍Ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. 📍Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
