Job Summary
Responsibilities
šPlan and execute marketing events and campaigns that enhance brand visibility and engagement šDrive the marketing strategies across multiple Binance Earn products and service šCollaborate with cross-teams, including marketing, regional teams, and product teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives šOversee and optimize marketing efforts across various channels, including social media, paid advertising, search engine optimization (SEO), and user campaigns šUtilize strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights
Requirements
š3+ years minimum experience in integrated marketing campaigns with excellent data analytics capabilities šProven success in growth marketing and operation, eg. operation campaign design, content marketing, email marketing, top-of-funnel growth, and funnel optimization šDeep understanding of digital marketing channels and associated analytics tools šStrong written communication capacity and interpersonal skills: build and manage strong relationships with their team and cross-functional colleagues šData-focused: Able to roll up your sleeves to pull and analyze data and gain insights from the data
