Duties/Responsibilities:

📍Operations Oversight: 📍Oversee the daily operations of regional data centers, ensuring 99%+ uptime. 📍Develop and implement operational strategies in collaboration with senior leadership and internal teams to meet company goals. 📍Ensure adherence to industry best practices, company standards, and compliance with all safety, environmental, and operational policies. 📍Leadership & Team Development: 📍Lead, mentor, and manage a regional team of site managers and maintenance staff, fostering a high-performance culture rooted in collaboration and respect. 📍Provide ongoing development and training for staff, ensuring they are equipped with the skills and knowledge to excel in their roles. 📍Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing best practices.

Qualifications

📍Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). 📍7+ years of experience in operations management, with a strong focus on data center operations or related infrastructure. 📍Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams. 📍Strong financial acumen, including experience managing budgets and driving cost efficiencies. 📍Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. 📍Ability to travel regionally to multiple sites.
