Job Summary
Responsibilities
📍Product Vision & Strategy: Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy. Ensure that the product's direction aligns with the company's overall goals and market needs 📍Product Roadmap: Create and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the product's future development, features, and enhancements 📍Stakeholder Communication: Establish and maintain strong communication with CXOs, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams 📍Team Leadership: Lead product managers, product owners, and other team members involved in product development. Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to help the product management team succeed 📍Resource Allocation: Allocate resources, including personnel, budget, and technology, across the portfolio to optimize product development and delivery 📍Process Improvement: Identify areas within the product development process that need improvement and optimization 📍Product Development: Involve closely with product management, engineering, design, and quality assurance teams to ensure the product is developed according to specifications and delivered on time
Requirements
📍Bachelor's degree in a technology or business related field 📍10+ years of experience in internet/ software product management 📍5+ years of experience in hiring, managing, and developing product managers 📍2+ years of experience in directly working with CXOs and senior leadership 📍2+ years of experience in one of the following product areas: Trading, Payment, FX, Wallet, and CEX/DEX, etc 📍Advanced English fluency
