Your Impact
šDefine and execute the multi-year roadmap for People Technology and Data, ensuring alignment with the overall HR and business strategy. šEvaluate and recommend new technologies and features to enhance the employee lifecycle, improve HR service delivery, and drive organizational efficiency. šOversee the implementation, integration, maintenance, and optimization of all core People systems (e.g., HCM, ATS, LMS, Compensation, Performance Management). šDevelop and mature the People Data analytics function, creating standardized dashboards, reports, and predictive models that provide insights into workforce trends, talent acquisition effectiveness, retention, and performance. šPartner with business leaders to identify critical workforce challenges that can be addressed through data-driven analysis and reporting.
Requirements
šMinimum of 8ā10 years of progressive experience in HR Technology with at least 3ā5 years in a senior leadership role. šExtensive experience managing HR technology systems (e.g., Workday, Ashby) is essential, including full lifecycle implementation and post-go-live optimization. šProven track record of building and managing a comprehensive People Data strategy, including reporting, analytics, and data governance. šExceptional leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to mentor and develop technical talent. šExcellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts into business terms for executive audiences.
