Job Summary
What you’ll do
📍Analyse internal operations and identify areas for process enhancement 📍Implement business strategies and plans that align with the short- and long-term objectives developed in tandem with the leadership team 📍Oversee operations, HR, Legal and accounting, and partner with CXOs so that appropriate resources are deployed to deliver the roadmap and achieve growth targets 📍Manage investments and expenses to ensure that the company achieves its allocated budget targets 📍Monitor performance and take corrective measures when necessary, and prepare detailed updates and forecasts 📍Build and maintain trusting relationships with key partners and stakeholders, including other Tezos ecosystem companies, Tezos Foundation and DCF.
What you’ll need
📍Previous experience in executive leadership role 📍A strong understanding of operations functions including Finance, HR and Legal 📍Excellent leadership skills with a demonstrable experience managing highly productive teams 📍Understanding of advanced business planning and regulatory issues 📍Experience with TradFi operations including asset settlements, reconciliations and accounting within a trading environment 📍Solid grasp of data analysis and performance metrics 📍Web3 and international business experience would be a big plus
