Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šLead annual and quarterly planning, ensuring all teams are aligned with strategic goals. šTrack and monitor goals/roadmaps to ensure alignment with Sentient mission & strategy. šFacilitate cross-functional coordination, resolving dependencies and bottlenecks. šCollaborate with department heads to drive execution and accountability. šBe a positive force for operational excellence, improving company and cross-functional velocity through collaboration, communication and process.
Requirements:
š3+ years of experience in operations, strategy, business development, investment banking or a similar role, preferably in a high-growth environment šMBA / Investment Banking / Consulting experience is a plus šStrong track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and company-wide planning. šExceptional written and verbal communication skills, šExcellent judgment, decision-making skills, and the ability to build consensus. šProven ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
