Job Summary

Your responsibilities

Financial Strategy and Planning 📍Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the overall business objectives. 📍Collaborate with senior leadership to formulate budgets, forecasts, and financial plans. Risk Management and Compliance 📍Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, industry standards, and legal requirements. 📍Implement and maintain robust risk management practices to safeguard the financial integrity of the organization. Operational Efficiency 📍Design, build, streamline and enhance financial processes to improve operational efficiency. 📍Implement best practices for financial reporting, internal controls, and audit processes. Team Leadership 📍Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture. Client Relations 📍Collaborate with client-facing teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment of operations strategies with client expectations. 📍Address client inquiries and concerns related to financial operations. Reporting and Analysis 📍Generate and analyze financial reports for presentation to the executive team and board of directors. 📍Provide insights and recommendations based on financial and operational data.

Skills and experience that will help you succeed

📍Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred. 📍Proven experience (10+ years) in a senior financial leadership role within the financial services or trust industry. 📍In-depth knowledge of fiduciary services, qualified custodian management, and regulatory compliance. 📍Strong strategic planning and analytical skills. 📍Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
