Team Leadership 📍Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture. Client Relations 📍Collaborate with client-facing teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment of operations strategies with client expectations. 📍Address client inquiries and concerns related to financial operations. Skills and experience that will help you succeed

📍Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred. 📍Proven experience (10+ years) in a senior financial leadership role within the financial services or trust industry. 📍In-depth knowledge of fiduciary services, qualified custodian management, and regulatory compliance. 📍Strong strategic planning and analytical skills. 📍Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
