Job Summary
What You'll Be Doing
📍Leadership the Finance team ensuring delivery of a compliant and effective function across Pagoda 📍Steward the budget process, including forecasting hiring needs, to ensure teams are positioned to deliver 📍Manage financial and token accounting 📍Implement and manage strategies to reduce risk 📍Oversee financial reporting and provide transparency on business performance 📍Partner with Operations, PeopleOps, Legal, auditors, and tax authorities to ensure high-performing operations of Pagoda 📍Collaborate with the Head of Finance at NEAR Foundation 📍Manage a high-performing finance team 📍Build efficient and scalable finance processes 📍Manage key vendor and contractor relationships
What We're Looking For
📍Exceptional intelligence and breadth of business knowledge 📍8+ years of experience growing a successful company 📍Strong business judgment, analytical and decision making skills 📍High attention to detail and process orientation 📍Strong financial strategic vision 📍Demonstrated passion for or experience in the blockchain/crypto industry 📍Experience in a rapidly scaling startup environment and the ability to thrive amidst rapid change 📍Strong team player, along with strong business partnering, communication & presentation skills 📍Bachelorâs Degree in Finance/Accounting or related field 📍Authorized to work in the US
