Job Summary
Responsibilities
đź“ŤBuild pipeline, manage governance processes and close deals with DAO treasuries, DeFi protocols and stablecoins đź“ŤWork closely with legal, ops and product to own and scale our Centrifuge Prime product offering đź“ŤIdeate and spearhead key strategic relationships with ecosystem partners including custodians, exchanges and protocols đź“ŤStay up-to-date with the latest developments in DeFi and bring new ideas and opportunities to the team đź“ŤContribute to the growth and success of the project and the DeFi ecosystem
Desired Profile
đź“Ť7+ years of business development experience, with at least 3 in crypto, preferably DeFi đź“ŤStrong leader and individual contributor đź“ŤHigh EQ and interpersonal skills đź“ŤWillingness to learn and develop intuition for the fast-moving and sophisticated trends within DeFi đź“ŤAbility to delve deeply into topics about DAO treasury management, portfolio diversification and the importance of a RWA allocation đź“ŤComfort working independently, within a small team, and in a fast-paced startup environment đź“ŤExcitement to hit the ground running on day one and passionate to help lead and shape the future of RWA
