What you'll do:

📍Maintain and enhance the Moonsong Labs financial model. 📍Support our accountants and service providers with data inputs, analysis, and validation. 📍Manage service providers including outsourced accounting, bookkeeping, legal, IT, devops, and others. 📍Support contracting process for customer, grant, vendor, and other agreements. 📍Assist with HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and employee inquiries. 📍Support Engineering Services as needed with operational support, policy / process implementation, and other needs. 📍Support incubated projects in the Venture Studio with formation, business operations, and other needs. 📍Communicate regularly and clearly with other team members and also with other customers and vendors.

What you'll bring

📍Undergraduate degree required, MBA or CPA preferred. 📍Experience creating and maintaining financial models and reports. 📍3-5 years of relevant working experience. 📍Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate opportunities from a business and financial perspective. 📍Good writing skills with an ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and accessible way. 📍Must be efficient in Excel and have a basic understanding of programming concepts. 📍Interest in the crypto and blockchain space. 📍Hands-on experience working with and managing crypto assets is a big plus. 📍Attention to detail while working well under pressure.
