Echo Base is a private holding company pursuing special situation control investments in the digital assets space. Our global crypto team possesses deep experience in both the scaling of new ventures and the restructuring of complex assets with asymmetric risk profiles. Through lateral acquisitions, Echo Base seeks to leverage operational and technical synergies across our portfolio companies. We seek a highly motivated Senior Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team and report to the VP of Growth. This role is critical to driving user and revenue growth, focusing on acquisition, retention, and effective channel management.
Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
šServe as legal counsel for Echo Baseās corporate and transactional matters. šDraft, negotiate, and manage a wide range of commercial contracts, vendor agreements, partnership deals, and NDAs. šSupport M&A transactions, venture financing, and other strategic deals, including due diligence and closing processes. šAdvise senior management on corporate structure, risk mitigation, and strategic initiatives. šPartner with internal teams to create templates, playbooks, and scalable processes to streamline legal workflows. šHandle general corporate legal matters typical for a growth-stage company, including employment and operational contracts. šLead processes end-to-end with minimal supervision, acting as a trusted advisor to the executive team.
Qualifications & Experience
š7ā12 years of legal experience, with a strong background in transactional and contract law. šExperience in M&A and/or financing transactions (preferred but not required). šBig Law training or experience at a top-tier firm strongly preferred. šProven ability to handle complex commercial agreements and corporate matters independently. šStrong interest in crypto, blockchain, and digital assets (prior experience in this area is a plus). šExceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. šBusiness-oriented mindset with the ability to balance legal risk with strategic objectives. šJD from a top law school and active bar membership in good standing
