Job Summary

What you will do

šŸ“Guide and support the Engagement Services team to ensure projects are delivered on time and accurately, with clear documentation of scopes of work and managed timelines šŸ“Facilitate stakeholder meetings to address and escalate client issues, bugs, and enhancement requests to engineers for prompt resolution šŸ“Advocate for ongoing process and product improvements, proactively suggesting growth opportunities to the Smart Contracts team and leadership šŸ“Collaborate to enhance the capabilities of the Smart Contract Manager product šŸ“Host quarterly reviews and meticulously document all client meetings using standard templates šŸ“Continuously refine templates and processes for better efficiency šŸ“Provide guidance and knowledge transfer to direct reports and team members, fostering a collaborative environment
