What you will do

📍Guide and support the Engagement Services team to ensure projects are delivered on time and accurately, with clear documentation of scopes of work and managed timelines 📍Facilitate stakeholder meetings to address and escalate client issues, bugs, and enhancement requests to engineers for prompt resolution 📍Advocate for ongoing process and product improvements, proactively suggesting growth opportunities to the Smart Contracts team and leadership 📍Collaborate to enhance the capabilities of the Smart Contract Manager product 📍Host quarterly reviews and meticulously document all client meetings using standard templates 📍Continuously refine templates and processes for better efficiency 📍Provide guidance and knowledge transfer to direct reports and team members, fostering a collaborative environment
