Job Summary
Responsibilities and Duties
📍Continuously optimize and implement our Client 📍Success strategy combining qualitative and quantitative approaches 📍Support gaps between complex technical solutions and customer needs 📍Work closely with external trading desks, heads of products, FinOps/CryptoOps, BizDev, and Sales to ensure product alignment and client expectations are met 📍Maintain revenue forecast with objectives of cross-selling and up-selling 📍Manage and own post-contract journey of existing and new Talos clients, from onboarding to integration to becoming an active user of the platform 📍Work closely with Talosâs Sales, Product, and Engineering to ensure the clientsâ expectations are met and that the voice of the client is represented in future product decisions 📍Nurture and grow client relationships, consult on workflows, and drive value for our clients while maximizing long term value of contracts 📍Monitor and improve overall health of our client base
Qualifications
📍8+ years experience in account management or related field 📍Traditional capital markets experience and an understanding of digital assets required 📍Experience with electronic trading solutions preferred 📍Experience working with clients to solve technological trading challenges 📍An energetic, creative, and autonomous self-starter 📍Excellent verbal and written communication skills
