Job Summary
What will you be doing in this role?
šMaintain strong relationships with customers to drive business growth and profitability aiming at the adoption of digital solutions. šCreate stakeholder map, adoption dashboard and reports and oversee the adoption journey of several types of stakeholders. šResolving stakeholder complaints quickly and efficiently. šContribute to the success of digital projects and initiatives by keeping stakeholders updated to ensure their adoption of digital solutions. šIdentify the services needed to ensure stakeholder satisfaction. šDefine use cases and test configurations and proposed solutions on different technical environments. šSupport the change management process and analyse change requests, which can result in proposing new solutions or workarounds to meet the business requirements. šAnalyse business processes and propose options implementation for automation/ simplification in line with the capabilities and standards offered by the digital solutions. šInitiate and contribute to projects and continuous improvement initiatives. šInteract with multiple stakeholders.
Requirements
What will you be bringing to the team? šBachelor degree and 11 years of experience. šAt least 3 years of experience in the domain, in a similar position. šTechnical knowledge, skills, and experience in interacting with users of IT systems and IT developers. šKnowledge and/or keen interest in human resources rules, processes and tools. šCapacity to understand interdependencies between technology, operations and business needs.
