Job Summary
In this role, you’ll be responsible for:
📍Balancing global strategies with local execution, ensuring that campaigns are adaptable to regional needs and markets. Driving alignment between global objectives and regional sales targets, ensuring that demand generation efforts support local market dynamics while achieving broader company goals 📍Managing and optimising paid advertising across multiple channels (e.g., Google Ads, social media platforms) to maximise campaign ROI 📍Building and maintaining relationships with content sponsors, ensuring high visibility and engagement through the effective execution of sponsored content initiatives 📍Developing compelling ad, creative and copy that aligns with the brand voice, resonates with the target audience and drives lead conversion. Collaborate with design teams, agencies, and product marketing to ensure message consistency 📍Analysing campaign performance data and providing insights to drive continuous improvements. Ensure timely optimisations to maintain peak performance and maximise lead generation 📍Identifying, refining, and expanding target audiences to ensure campaigns reach high-potential prospects. Adjust targeting based on performance data and test new audience segments for enhanced conversion rates 📍Working cross-functionally with field marketing, product marketing, and communications teams to ensure smooth execution of demand-generation initiatives. Coordinating timelines, deliverables, and resources to maintain campaign momentum 📍Managing multiple aspects of demand generation, including email nurtures, chat marketing, creative ideation, ad copywriting, performance analysis, content sponsorships, and search marketing.
We’re looking for candidates who have:
📍Experience in B2B Growth Marketing and Demand Generation for a technology or SaaS company 📍Expertise in paid media: Proven ability to duie and oversee paid performance campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, and social media. While not directly executing campaigns, the candidate will collaborate closely with our paid media agency. Will require hands-on involvement, such as in ad creation and audience scoping, to maximize ROI. 📍Experience scaling digital media programs in EMEA markets, having worked with stakeholders across multiple countries, languages 📍Successfully partnered across marketing and sales to build sales pipeline through online channels
