Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šPlan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns across platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other relevant channels. šMonitor ad performance and KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.) to ensure campaigns meet performance objectives. šConduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to identify best practices and improve results. šCollaborate with the design and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and copy. šAnalyze campaign data to generate actionable insights and create regular performance reports for stakeholders. šStay up-to-date with platform updates, trends, and best practices to ensure campaigns leverage the latest features and strategies. šConduct audience research and segmentation to target the right demographics effectively. šManage advertising budgets, ensuring efficient allocation to achieve the highest ROI. šTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to advertising platforms and campaigns. šCollaborate with external vendors or agencies when needed to execute large-scale campaigns or specialized initiatives.
Requirements
šBachelorās degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field. šProven experience in digital advertising operations or similar roles, with a track record of managing successful ad campaigns. šProficiency in advertising platforms, including Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, and analytics tools like Google Analytics. šStrong analytical skills and experience working with large datasets to derive insights. šExcellent understanding of ad formats, targeting options, and optimization techniques on various platforms. šFamiliarity with tracking tools and conversion tracking setup (e.g., UTM tags, pixels, Google Tag Manager). šStrong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously. šExceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills. šKnowledge of programmatic advertising and retargeting strategies is a plus. šCertification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or similar is highly desirable.
