Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šDeveloper resources: šCreate resources that help builders build: you are the expert of Alchemyās products. šBuild example applications, written and video tutorials, forkable repositories for starter code and host office hours. šUnderstand and build systems for web3 developer support, e.g., job matching, debugging, videos, networking, etc. šEcosystem Partnerships: šCollaborate with ecosystem partners, e.g., protocols, other web3 companies, web3 KOLs. šIdentify and forge strategic alliances that enhance the builder experience. šBuilding stuff: šLearn our products by building, then create sample product demos. Dogfood our products before theyāre publicly released. šIdentify, test, and prioritize high-value experimental projects to improve dev experience. šDeveloper engagement: šAdvocate and be the primary partner for developers globally. Understand developer pain points and provide technical guidance. šTranslate developer feedback into actionable insights for engineering and product. šDocumentation: šContribute to building and maintaining comprehensive, user-friendly documentation. šEnsure accurate and up-to-date documentation across APIs and supported chains. šCollaborate with cross-functional teams to implement necessary improvements. šEvents and Community Programming: šPartner with our Marketing team to foster vibrant developer communities. šBe a key face of Alchemy and a widely recognized name in web3.
What We're Looking For
šStrong passion for improving the developer experience in web3 B.S Degree in Computer Science or related field šExperience working with startups, preferably with notable experience in web3 development or developer relations. šStellar written and verbal technical communication skills in addressing audiences ranging from individuals to auditoriums. šEagerness to learn new technologies through hands-on experience and teach them. šPast experience engaging with or managing web3 developer communities. šSelf-starter attitude and the ability to execute new ideas with autonomy. šA keen eye for product improvements and new opportunities.
