📍Passionate about creating stunning, user-centric front-end experiences that captivate and engage. 📍Comfortable owning complex design projects from start to finish (ideation, prototyping, implementation), with a focus on performance, accessibility, and responsiveness. 📍Proficient in using modern web technologies like WebGL, Three.js, and other cutting-edge frameworks to bring designs to life. 📍Able to distill complex design concepts and present them clearly to stakeholders across different functions (engineering, product, business) to ensure cohesive and robust implementation. 📍Proactive, sweats the details, resourceful, strong work ethic, and willing to roll up sleeves to unblock.
TECHNICAL EXPECTATIONS
📍Skilled in creating interactive 2D and 3D experiences and animations that push the boundaries of web design. 📍Deeply experienced with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and React or similar frameworks. 📍Familiar with techniques for optimizing rendering performance, ensuring smooth and responsive user experiences. 📍Experienced in ensuring designs work seamlessly across different devices and browsers. 📍Comfortable creating and maintaining design systems and reusable component libraries.
