šExperienced design professional: 6+ years in design and frontend engineering with at least 2 years in consulting or client-facing roles šAnimation specialist: You're fluent with modern animation and motion libraries (Framer Motion, React Spring, GSAP) and understand how to create smooth, purposeful micro-interactions šModern tooling expert: You work with contemporary design engineering tools and component libraries, staying current with the latest in React ecosystem innovations šPortfolio-driven: You have a killer portfolio demonstrating your ability to create beautiful, s x interfaces with attention to detail and craft šFrontend expert: Strong experience with React, TypeScript, and modern CSS-in-JS solutions, with deep knowledge of performance optimization and responsive design šUser-centered: You balance beautiful aesthetics with usability, conducting user testing and iterating based on real user behavior and feedback šQuality perfectionist: You have impossibly high standards for visual execution, interaction design, and code quality - sweating the details that make experiences feel premium šCollaborative spirit: You work seamlessly with designers and product teams, translating design intent into production code while contributing your own creative vision šNice to have: Interest in or familiarity with crypto and blockchain technology
