Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
📍Design intuitive, elegant interfaces for web and mobile experiences that align with The Block’s brand. 📍Lead design reviews and collaborate with stakeholders to define user problems and translate them into thoughtful design solutions. 📍Own the end-to-end design process for specific features, including research, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, prototypes, and final visual QA prior to deployment. 📍Maintain and evolve our design system in Figma, ensuring consistency across experiences. 📍Conduct user research and testing to validate concepts and refine designs based on feedback and data. 📍Work closely with developers to ensure high-quality implementation of designs. 📍Balance business goals with user needs to deliver user-first solutions. 📍Tools and Services: Slack, Dropbox, Adobe CS, Figma
What You’ll Bring
đź“ŤThe ideal candidate will have 2+ years of professional experience and a strong portfolio showcasing their specific contributions to shipped projects, along with a keen awareness of best practices for working with and maintaining Figma design systems.
