What you’ll be doing primarily:

📍Work with the Chief Delivery Officer to evangelize and put into operation delivery and project management processes internally. 📍Work with the Project Managers, Product Managers, Owners and others to help define the roadmap for any given product or initiative. 📍Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources effectively and efficiently. 📍Identifying areas of the organisation in need of improvement and helping drive that transformation. 📍Championing Uphold vision through leadership, advocacy, and action, as we fight to improve the company in many areas. 📍Moving the organisation to clear ´sunset´ delivery dates so that multiple functions can be properly coordinated to ensure effective product launches. 📍Provide project updates consistently to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress. 📍Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution. 📍Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver the projects.

Required qualifications:

📍BS/MS in computer science, design, business or equivalent experience. 📍Comfort working in an agile, fast-moving, iterative software development process. 📍Be smart, analytical and creative problem solver. 📍Proven ability to solve problems creatively. 📍Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline. 📍Ability to be highly effective in a remote-first environment. 📍Significant experience in leading software teams. 📍Excitement to act as a team lead with significant ownership of the group’s efforts. 📍Effective communication skills; a positive, team player. 📍Fluent written and oral English skills. 📍Not be afraid of experimenting with alternative solutions to problems.
