The tool consolidates all cryptocurrency transaction data from multiple wallet & exchange sources, and translates it into data usable for accounting and financial analysis. We take away the headache of regulations, audits, taxes and accounting for crypto firms so that they can focus on what they do best.

Job Summary

Responsibilities

📍Own the full lifecycle of a customer, starting with implementation. 📍Leading onboarding processes and delivering training and roll out plans for new customers. 📍100% focus on health, 0% focus on revenue. This is not account management. This is about solving customer problems. 📍Acting as the main point of contact for our customers and the primary liaison between the customer and our support & product teams. 📍Monitoring usage, proactively contacting clients and delivering support and guidance to maximise usage, including the identification of any change resistance. 📍Acting as a product expert with a specific focus on usage and best practices 📍Acting as the customer's voice and providing feedback to Product & Professional Services on how we can better serve our customers.

Requirements

📍3+ years experience in a client-facing role with at least 2 years of managing a dedicated book of business and an accounting / auditing background by experience in practice or within the accounting fintech industry 📍Experience dealing with complex products, and solving customer issues 📍Well-organised, with a high attention to detail and ability to prioritise and time manage for successful execution 📍The willingness to take up a role outside of your comfort zone, a can-do mentality and eagerness to learn 📍Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to positively influence customers 📍Excellent organisation, project management and time management skills 📍Possess a strong teamwork mentality and willingness to assist wherever needed
