Hi, we're Ondo Finance. Our mission is to provide institutional-grade, blockchain-enabled investment products and services. We have both a technology arm that develops decentralized finance technology, and an asset management arm that creates and manages tokenized funds. We are the first (and so far, only) company to tokenize exposure to US Treasuries. We are also focused on incubating protocols that can support both tokenized real-world assets and traditional crypto. We're fully remote, with team members across the globe.
Job Summary
Key responsibilities
šLead the end-to-end onboarding process for new DeFi-native and institutional clients, ensuring seamless integration and exceptional client experiences. šDevelop and execute ecosystem growth strategies that expand our client base, deepen partnerships, and increase product adoption across chains, protocols, service providers and institutional actors. šCollaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and business development to align client needs with our roadmap and value proposition. šSupport partner marketing initiatives: joint go-to-market campaigns, co-marketing initiatives and events, in collaboration with our marketing team. šMonitor client health metrics, gather feedback, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and drive retention and expansion. šEstablish processes and frameworks for customer success, including playbooks, success metrics, and scalable practices as the team grows.
Who you are
šA seasoned professional with a proven track record in customer success, partnerships, or client-facing roles, ideally in DeFi, blockchain, and institutional finance. šComfortable operating autonomously in an individual-contributor capacity to start and excited by the opportunity to hire, mentor, and lead a customer success team over time. šDeep understanding of DeFi, crypto-native protocols, and institutional workflows. šExceptional relationship-building skillsāable to engage with technical and executive stakeholders across diverse organizations. šStrategic and analytical, comfortable developing growth initiatives grounded in data, and guiding roadmap alignment based on client insights.
