Job Summary
What you’ll do
📍Lead and coordinate the end-to-end customer onboarding process, ensuring seamless integration, clear communication, and timely project execution. 📍Work closely with the sales team to understand client requirements and help craft tailored solutions that align with their needs. 📍Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and workshops to educate and onboard prospective clients. Act as the main technical point of contact throughout the sales cycle, addressing any technical questions or concerns. 📍Manage the onboarding process until the handoff to the post-launch support team, ensuring a smooth transition and client satisfaction. 📍Gather client feedback and collaborate with internal teams to refine product offerings and improve the onboarding experience. 📍Be great at conceptualising slides in order to run certain onboarding activities
Who you are
📍Manage onboarding projects efficiently, ensuring timely completion and organisation of tasks. 📍Understand and explain technical solutions, while troubleshooting basic product issues. 📍Convey complex information clearly, while actively listening to and addressing client needs. 📍Work closely with sales, product, and support teams to ensure seamless onboarding and adjust onboarding plans as needed to meet client requirements and market conditions. 📍Use customer data and feedback to improve processes and enhance the onboarding experience. 📍You are fluent in English and German
