📍At least 3+ years of experience in high-performing environments such as consulting, investment banking, or as an operator at a tech scale-up 📍Proven experience in growth or performance marketing, with a track record of measurable impact 📍Deep understanding of data analytics, funnel optimisation, and user acquisition strategies 📍A bias for action, with the ability to drive high-velocity experimentation and ship quickly 📍Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal—you’re comfortable presenting strategies and outcomes to customers and executives 📍A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset; you don’t wait for permission to make things better 📍Genuine interest in gaming and/or Web3—you’ll be working closely at the intersection of both
