Job Summary
What You’ll Be Doing
📍Manage customers' fiat currency deposits and withdrawals on the exchange platform, be responsible for overseeing the transfer of fiat currency into and out of the exchange. 📍Ensure the local operational team's work aligns with the appropriate SOP. 📍Reconcile daily fiat balances between the exchange system and bank accounts, pinpoint discrepancies, investigate reasons, and make necessary adjustments. 📍Manage treasury risk from customer funds and specific channels. 📍Assist with group's financial department in accounting. 📍Work with internal teams such as Product, Engineering and other cross functional teams to build up system capabilities and setup new operational flows. 📍Work with internal teams to provide customer fund ops solutions for new business initiatives and support projects for new business launches.
What We Look For In You
📍Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 📍3-5 Years above working experience in large MNC, financial institutions, or fintech companies in cash/fund operation positions, highly preferred with exposure to global customer fund operations as well as in-house system build-up related experiences. 📍Familiar with the procedures of fund clearing/settlement and reconciliations from both crypto exchange and bank perspectives, and knowledge of fund flows of global payments will be preferred. 📍Proficient in financial reconciliation and accounting principles. 📍Proficiency in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken. 📍Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large data sets. 📍Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. 📍Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel. 📍Familiarity with AML/KYC regulations and compliance procedures is a plus. 📍Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
