Job Summary
What you'll be doing:
šAsset Custody Management: Oversee and manage asset custody operations, ensuring the segregation and safeguarding of digital assets using industry-standard security practices such as multi-signature wallets, cold storage solutions, and key management protocols šClient Asset Protection: Ensure that all digital assets under custody are segregated, secured and properly managed according to company and regulatory guidelines (MAS) šRisk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with digital asset custody, including market, operational, and security risks šCompliance and Regulatory Oversight: Ensure compliance with regulations, including PS Act, MAS guidelines and others, and keep up-to-date with the evolving legal landscape surrounding digital assets šTechnology Integration: Work closely with the IT and cybersecurity teams to implement and monitor secure blockchain protocols, wallets, and custody solutions šOperational Efficiency: Streamline custody operations and processes to improve performance, security, and client satisfaction šTransaction Monitoring: Monitor cryptocurrency transactions, perform necessary reconciliations and troubleshoot any discrepancies in holdings šReporting and Documentation: Prepare and manage detailed reports on asset custody, transaction records, and client portfolios
What we're looking for:
šBachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Information Technology, or related fields. MBA or advanced degree is a plus šMinimum of 3-5 years of experience in asset management, crypto custody, or digital asset operations šDeep understanding of cryptocurrency ecosystems, blockchain technology, and digital asset security šFamiliarity with regulatory environments surrounding digital assets, such as PS Act, MAS guidelines and regulations in Singapore šExperience with digital asset custody solutions, including
