šVideo Production: šCreate high-quality videos and short clips. šDevelop content for YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram Reels. šEdit film pieces to ensure smooth, invisible transitions. šHandle and organize video files. šExport videos for mobile and web distribution. šEditing Process: šUnderstand production teamās needs and specifications. šReview scripts and raw footage to create shot lists. šTrim and sequence footage. šAdd music, dialogues, graphics, and effects. šProduce rough and final cuts. šEnsure logical sequencing and smooth running. šConsult with stakeholders throughout the editing process. šImplement new editing technologies and best practices. šExplore different editing directions. šEnsure compliance with journalistic standards. šAdjust formats and file sizes as needed. šChannel Growth: šDevelop and execute strategies to attract and retain subscribers on the Token Metrics YouTube channel.
Required Competencies:
