Job Summary
What you will do
šSupport CoinTracker clients by reviewing imported crypto transactions and tax reports šLead customer calls to explain tax results, answer questions, and provide reassurance and guidance šVerify the accuracy of tax calculations, identify issues, and flag cases requiring senior review šCollaborate with CoinTrackerās tax and Customer Success teams to escalate and resolve complex cases šStay current on tax laws and crypto reporting requirements šDeliver an exceptional customer experience by being responsive, professional, and clear
