What You Will Be Doing:

📍Own all facets of a product area from crafting the vision and strategy to executing 📍Develop solutions to problems by collaborating and leading across regions, product areas, and functions as needed 📍Define OKRs for multiple teams and drive collaboration with cross functional partners during product development to achieve these goals 📍Lead efforts to identify, define, collect, and track appropriate metrics (both quantitative and qualitative) for new or existing products areas 📍Effectively balance and prioritize across all stakeholder objectives 📍Secure buy-in, rigorously prioritize, and drive development for a multi-year product vision that crafts an overall product narrative and direction

What we look for in you:

📍5+ years of product management experience 📍2+ years of work experience in the crypto industry, possess a deep understanding of at least one crypto segments i.e. DeFi, NFTs, and RWAs 📍Ability to influence and shape strategic decisions/discussions on onchain topics 📍Experience working with and balancing the needs of a wide variety of stakeholders 📍User-focused and is able to understand a wide range of user personas 📍An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment 📍Aptitude for learning and ability to ramp quickly on new and potentially complicated domains 📍Demonstrated passion for cryptocurrency, financial markets, and the Coinbase mission
