What you’ll do

📍Support critical business functions, such as monitoring order and execution health, blockchain network performance, and liquidity management 📍Manage and troubleshoot complex customer blocking issues, assisting in root-cause analysis and working with product teams to prioritize solutions 📍Identify inefficiencies in operational processes, translate operational needs into product requirements, and collaborate with product operations to design scalable solutions 📍Document, maintain, and continuously improve standard operating procedures and process documentation 📍Chip in to the development and improvement of internal tools through testing new workflows and collaborating with engineering to meet operational needs 📍Support product launches and feature rollouts by ensuring operational readiness and developing clear process documentation

What you bring

📍Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business, Data Science, Information Systems, Finance, Economics, or a related analytical field 📍Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills 📍Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information for different audiences 📍Operational and product-oriented mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making 📍Interest and passion for crypto, blockchain technology, and emerging financial products 📍Collaborative and resourceful, adept at working independently and encouraging effective partnerships across functions 📍Comfort with ambiguity and constantly evolving environments, and enthusiasm for building from scratch
