Job Summary
Responsibilities:
📍Provide legal counsel on a broad range of cryptocurrency and blockchain matters 📍Stay abreast of regulatory developments and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations 📍Draft and review contracts, agreements, and legal documents pertaining to cryptocurrency transactions and partnerships 📍Collaborate with internal teams to address legal implications and risks associated with business initiatives 📍Conduct legal research to support strategic decision-making 📍Participate in negotiations and assist in the resolution of disputes
Requirements
Experience: 📍3+ years of professional experience in a Crypto Lawyer role 📍Knowledge or experience in Finance and/or Decentralized Finance and/or Cryptocurrency/Blockchain is an advantage 📍In-depth understanding of relevant legal frameworks and regulations 📍Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills 📍Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment 📍Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess complex legal issues 📍Excellent written and verbal communication skills
