Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
šBusiness Development: Source, approach, and negotiate with potential channel partners, such as KOLs and corporate partners. Striving for win-win partnerships that lower costs while identifying the best marketing strategies to convert users. šKOL development: develop good relationship with local and international KOLs, and create campaign in collaboration with them. šMaintain good community programs and host regular community event to effectively promote OSL brand image šGrowth and Funnel Optimization: Continuously monitor the conversion funnel with each KOL, uncover consumer insights, and improve the conversion process. Take a data-driven approach to optimize user growth and funnel efficiency. šCampaign Execution: Execute marketing campaigns in collaboration with the marketing leader, providing consumer insights to optimize future campaigns. Ensure that the brand image and main messages are communicated effectively and correctly
Qualifications:
š4+ years in business development or KOL partnership development, preferably in fields related to Web3/crypto or fintech šEducation degree related to finance/accounting/investment is preferred šExcellent communication and negotiation abilities šData-driven with a familiarity with funnel optimization. šDriven and hardworking, while maintaining an open and collaborative mindset šEnglish speaking fluency and Mandarin speaking fluency is a plus
