Job Summary
Major Responsibilities
šBuilding and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships šOperating as the lead point of contact for any communication issues Working with clients' objections šAssist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed šParticipate in the sales process šEnsure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives šCommunicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders šPrepare reports on account status šCollaborate with team to identify and grow opportunities
Requirements:
šKnowledge of current market trends, and industry developments in the cryptocurrency space. šProven work experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role, preferably in a sales or account management environment šExcellent English language skills (C1), both written and verbal, to ensure smooth and effective client communication šDemonstrated ability to understand client needs and objectives, and effectively position solutions to meet those requirements šProactive and results-driven mindset, with a focus on achieving sales targets and providing exceptional customer service šAbility to resolve conflicts and address client objections in a professional and solution-oriented manner
