Job Summary
What You'll Do:
📍Drive the end-to-end production process for design projects, from marketing campaigns to brand assets to landing pages. 📍Act as the primary point of contact between design and marketing, ensuring briefs, timelines, and deliverables are clear. 📍Prioritize and schedule design work based on capacity, urgency, and company goals. 📍Manage resources, including contractors, ensuring new contributors are onboarded and aligned quickly. 📍Maintain project documentation (Gantt charts, trackers, status updates) so everyone stays informed. 📍Proactively identify bottlenecks and propose solutions before they become blockers. 📍Ensure the creative team has the information, assets, and clarity they need to do their best work. 📍Help refine and implement processes that scale as the team grows.
What You'll Bring:
📍5+ years of experience in creative production, design operations, or project management, ideally at a startup, agency, or design-forward tech company. 📍A sharp sense of organization and prioritization; you love keeping complex projects moving smoothly. 📍Comfort pushing back when timelines or expectations are unrealistic. 📍Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across design, marketing, and leadership. 📍A background in creative or design environments (you understand design language and process). 📍Ability to work independently and make sound decisions on behalf of leadership when needed.
